Sigil docs

Everything you need to hand Sigil its first task, see where each request goes, and follow the token from launch.

What Sigil is

Sigil is an AI agent on Robinhood Chain. You give it a goal; it plans the steps, calls live tools for the facts, and hands back the finished result. Every agent run ends with a signed receipt.

Where a chat answers one question at a time, Sigil carries a task from start to finish: research across sources, market and token checks, plans and reports.

Sealed thinking. Signed proof. Every answer names the model that wrote it, and every agent run carries a receipt anyone can check.

Quickstart

  1. 1
    Open the agent

Go to the Agent page. There is no account to make and nothing to install.

  2. 2
    Pick a mode

Switch between Agent mode (a task to carry out) and Chat mode (a question to answer). Sigil Auto picks the model for you.

  3. 3
    Hand over the task

Describe the goal in plain words. In Agent mode Sigil states a short plan, calls its tools step by step, and ends with the result, its sources and next actions.

  4. 4
    Keep the receipt

Every agent run closes with a signed receipt you can copy and share.

Agent mode and Chat mode

Agent mode is for work. Sigil states its plan, calls tools for the facts, shows each call in the timeline as it runs, and finishes with a Result section, a Sources list and next actions. A run uses up to 8 model turns and 14 tool calls.

Chat mode is for questions. Sigil answers directly, with structure when it helps, and keeps the conversation going for as long as you like.

Live tools

Agent mode reads facts from live sources instead of memory. Each call shows in the chat as a step, with what it found and a link to the source.

  • read_page: reads a public web page (private hosts are blocked)
  • token_price: price, market cap, volume and 24h change from CoinGecko
  • defi_data: protocol and chain TVL from DefiLlama
  • chain_read: wallets and ERC-20 tokens on Robinhood Chain
  • calculate: exact arithmetic with Sigil's own parser

Research with sources

Name a topic and a format. Sigil gathers what it needs from the tools above, works the numbers with calculate, and writes the brief with a Sources list you can follow.

Models and routing

Sigil Auto sends each request to a free model on OpenRouter, picked by how much reasoning it needs: agent tasks and analytical questions go to Nemotron 3 Ultra, light chat goes to Gemma 4 31B, and the backups take over when a model is busy. Every answer is labelled with the model that actually wrote it.

Run receipts

Each agent run ends with a receipt: a SHA-256 hash chain over your task, every tool call with its input and output, and the final answer, plus the model and the time. The chain's final hash is the receipt id, signed with Sigil's Ed25519 server key.

The signature shows the record has not changed since the run. Anyone can fetch the public key and check a signature:

# The public key that signs receipts (Ed25519, base64 SPKI DER)
curl https://usesigil.xyz/api/receipt

# Check a receipt's signature
curl -X POST https://usesigil.xyz/api/receipt \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{"id":"<receipt id>","signature":"<signature>"}'
# → {"valid":true}

Where your request goes

Your message goes from your browser to Sigil's server, then through OpenRouter to the free model named on the answer. The model provider reads the request to answer it, under its own data policy. The transparency page lists every part and where it runs.

Your data

  • No account, no email, no phone number, no wallet
  • Chat history stays in your browser's storage; Sigil's server keeps none
  • Hourly limits count requests per IP address in server memory
  • Zero trackers: no cookies, analytics or ads

$SIGIL today

$SIGIL is live on Robinhood Chain at 0xdab55494004c3ca76d5779b92df62d3830a73498. The holder dashboard reads balances, supply and burns straight from the chain, and the transparency page lists the launch details.

Holder credit · Planned

The planned holder program: every 1M $SIGIL in a wallet earns one voucher of credit a day, starting at $0.40 each, from a minimum of 100K. Holders get up to 30% off top-ups (10% from 100K, 20% from 1M, 30% from 10M), and paying in $SIGIL goes 20–25% further.

Buyback and burn · Planned

The plan: $SIGIL paid for credit and a share of revenue are burned on-chain. The holder dashboard lists every burn with its transaction on the explorer.

Roadmap

Planned work. Each item moves to the transparency page as Live the day it ships.

  1. 1
    Planned · Sealed runs

The browser checks a hardware enclave's remote attestation (AMD SEV-SNP or NVIDIA confidential compute) against Sigil's open-source build, then seals the task with HPKE (RFC 9180) to a key only the enclave holds.

  2. 2
    Planned · Enclave-signed receipts

Receipts signed inside the enclave, binding the measured build, the models and the hash chain of every step.

  3. 3
    Planned · Premium models

Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6.1 Sol Pro, Gemini 4 Argon, Grok 4.7, Kimi K3.1 Pro, DeepSeek V4 Pro, GLM 5.3 Prime, Qwen3.8 Max Prime, beside the free models.

  4. 4
Planned · Scheduled agents and watchers

Tasks that run on a schedule, and rules that watch a wallet, contract or price on Robinhood Chain.

  5. 5
    Planned · Holder credit

Daily vouchers for holders, paid as blind-signed notes (RFC 9474), with a bonus for paying in $SIGIL.

  6. 6
    Planned · Buyback and burn

$SIGIL paid for credit and a share of revenue, burned on-chain. Every burn will show on the holder dashboard with its transaction.

  7. 7
    Planned · Passkey backups

Encrypted backups of your runs under your own passkey.

  8. 8
    Planned · API and SDK

An OpenAI-compatible API with the same agent and receipts.
